FEATURES

Superb workability
Although UXE-21 is a low halogen solder whose flux contain less than 0.1% of Chlorine (JIS-A class), it has superb workability by providing spreading characteristics of JIS-B class. It can drastically reduce cold joints and bridges in linear soldering. UXE-21 complies with RMA type.
Low dispersal and high insulation quality
UXE-21 complies with JIS standards with its low flux / solder ball dispersal and high insulation properties.

*For use with a soldering robot, solder with 3% flux content is generally recommended. Solder with 1-2% flux content can be provided on request.
