Dispensing Cartridges

The largest dispenser barrel available is a 55cc barrel. If more reservoir capacity is required, use a 2.5, 6, 8 or 12 ounce polyethylene cartridge. Higher volume operations normally use a larger cartridge to dispense material from, rather than a smaller syringe. We have a complete line of accessories to make cartridge dispense simple.

The cartridge reservoir is loaded with material and is inserted in the retainer and secured by the locking retainer cap. A cartridge plunger is used to prevent tunneling in viscous material. Retainer Caps provide secure locking of cartridge and retainer.
