PDC-2000 Positive Displacement Valve Controller

PDC-2000 Controller with PDV-1000 Valve

The PDC-2000 is used to control the P DV-1000series of Archimedes screw valves. The unit can be used as a manual dispenser or programmed for timed shots from a minimum of 0.01 seconds. Motor speed output is maintained and kept constant, compensating for any change in material viscosity. The valve has an auger driven-screw for positive displacement.
