DV509 Dispensing Diaphragm Valve

DV509 with SL101 Controller

The DV509 diaphragm valve is designed for dispensing micro-shots of low to medium viscosity liquids with a minimum shot size of 0.0001cc. The diaphragm separates the wetted parts from the valve body, which increases the life of the valve and reduces maintenance. This feature makes it suitable for dispensing cyanoacrylates, reagents, Anaerobics, UV adhesives, solvents, glue, electrolytes, alcohols, and other volatile materials.
